It is through its Code of Ethics that VMI indicates and clarifies its own ethical, social and environmental responsibilities, complying with the current legislation.
Its function is to permeate the actions of all VMI employees, working as an instrument that allows the public to get to know VMI, its ways of acting and rules of conduct.
All employees must act based on common values and objectives, following the ethical standards described in the code. It is VMI’s policy that every employee strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as observe the highest standards of business ethics.
