Gantry scan mode
6 MeV Dual Energy
Large passageway
ARPIA embedded AI
In gantry mode the system inspects up to 25 vehicles per hour carrying 12-meter containers. Wire detection of 1.3 mm in air, 3 mm spatial resolution and 1% contrast sensitivity at 100 mm of steel (according to the VMI test piece) produce images that reveal what is concealed inside dense cargo.
Redundant sensors identify the driver's cabin automatically, supporting compliance with inspection protocols. An electronic barrier, light signaling for traffic flow, a video surveillance system with digital video recorder, radio intercommunication and emergency buttons that deactivate X-ray emission keep the lane under control. Operator exposure stays at or below 1 mSv per year.
Up to 8x zoom, pan, linear and non-linear contrast mapping, density marker, high-density highlight, edge enhancement, edge detection, dense region detail and image smoothing help operators read complex loads. Five image viewing stations, storage for more than 200,000 images (expandable) and export in TIFF, JPG, UFF and BMP formats support shared analysis and audits.

Differentiators
Automatic vehicle identification
Optional OCR systems read license plates and container codes and link every image to the vehicle inspected.
Expandable protection
Optional gamma and neutron radiation monitor, cabin inspection, panoramic image, UPS, power generator and fire suppression.
Certified and reliable
ANSI and ISO certifications, real-time scanning and a self-diagnostic system, running on 30 kVA of power.
