Rapid mobile deployment
Multiple scan modes
6 MeV Dual Energy
ARPIA embedded AI
Built on the Mercedes-Benz Atego 2429 chassis, the system is backed by a network of more than 6,500 dealers for maintenance and parts anywhere in the world. Front and rear air suspension keeps the scanner stable across varied terrain and brings the inspection height to less than 25 cm from the ground, maximizing coverage of every vehicle.
A 40 kVA generator fed by two independent fuel tanks provides more than 12 hours of autonomy. The system operates from -20 to +50 °C with IP65 protection, and the customized interior accommodates two operators (expandable to three) with high-definition monitors, ergonomic workstations, thermal control, CCTV scanning tracking and modular assembly.
Driver dose is at or below 0.1 µSv per inspection and operator exposure stays at or below 1 mSv per year, with dose rate control from 0.2 to 0.45 Gy/min. Redundant sensors identify the driver's cabin automatically, while an electronic barrier, light signaling, video surveillance with digital video recorder, radio intercommunication and emergency buttons keep the inspection lane under control.
